MBTI: PERSONALITY TYPES
In order to fully understand your personality type, don’t forget:
Each personality type has its special focus, and strengths, and can be very productively utilized. Any strength, if used too much, can become less effective or even counterproductive.
To do this, ask yourself:
- Do I fully understand my own personality type, so I can acknowledge personal differences I may have with others?
- Do I comprehend that a person with an opposite preference may see even moderate use of a strength as an excess, ultimately, causing conflict in the surroundings?
