MBTI: Reports

When working with our clients on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® projects, there are a numerous reports that can be generated. For example:

Individual Report 
One key to professional success is understanding one's own Type through an individual MBTI report. The Learning Key can generate customizable reports with individual information on approaches to problem solving and decision making, communication style, conflict resolution, contributions to an organization, opportunities for growth, leadership & learning style, motivators and teamwork.

Side-by-Side Report
This report compares Type attributes of two individuals, offering a unique vantage point to foster improved understanding and working relationships. It includes information on similarities and differences in management style, values, attitude, skills, driving force, energy direction, authority orientation, role perception, conflict resolution, modes of learning, blind spots and pitfalls.

Group or Team Report
Custom group reports based on the MBTI types of the individuals in the group, department, team, or organization cover likely team strengths, communication language/style, potential blind spots & pitfalls, sources of conflict, and suggestions and recommendations for the group's leader. This report is especially useful for intact work teams and is provided to qualified/certified MBTI professionals for use in their organization.
