Train-the-Trainer

The Learning Key has helped thousands of trainers refine their delivery and facilitation skills, as well as develop new approaches to bring action and engagement to their programs. 

Our program begins with what every trainer needs to know in order to have an effective and successful training, including a refresher on the basics of adult learning and motivation principles. From there the emphasis is on high impact alternatives to traditional classroom ‘teaching’ that focuses on applying adult learning principles and facilitation.

Our goal is to help trainers improve facilitation skills and training delivery. Outcomes of this program include developing practical skills for designing and delivering training programs, creating a motivating learning climate, and enhancing coaching and consulting skills for one-on-one training.
