Liz is CEO and President of The Learning Key® and for the last seventeen years she has consulted to global technology-based industries, with a focus on strategic planning for corporate universities, project management consulting and training, learning tool design, and executive coaching. She has designed many team-based simulations and games, including The PHARM Game®, GMPWorks®, and Strategic Partnering. Liz was an invited member of the first U.S. delegation to China for education and training.
She has held research management and project leader positions in industry, government, and academia and has more than 65 publications and patents. She led the startup design, development, and delivery of the broad and innovative training curriculum of Squibb College, a corporate university which served 22,000 employees. In her role leading organizational development and training for the research institute at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, she created the Center for Science Education.

Jack N. Treher

Jack brings extensive experience from careers in QA, QC, and R&D in industry, academic research and national laboratories. After many years in the aerospace industry in production and quality control management, Jack returned to school to study radiopharmacy. Experience working in radiophamaceutical chemistry and research, both in a hospital pharmacy and in a university setting, led to work in QA management at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Jack worked independently, running his own business, for about 10 years before co-founding The Learning Key, Inc. His experience beginning in the late 60's and early 70's during the massive changes in the aerospace industry led to his interest in helping organizations with their issues of communication, structure, workforce skills and retooling. Jack's major interest is in helping to improve interpersonal and organizational communication. He is qualified to give the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. |

Jan P. Noah

Jan leads the southwest office of The Learning Key and provides research,
assessment, and game development services. Trained as a medical technologist, she is well versed in quality assurance related to this field. In addition to years of teaching experience in subjects such as microbiology, hematology, and clinical chemistry, she served seven years as program director for a post-secondary vocational school. In that role she coordinated program staffing and scheduling, established clinical training sites and managed numerous projects. Her strengths include organizational and small group consulting and training/curriculum planning.
Before joining The Learning Key, Jan worked in various chemical research, hospital laboratory, clinical and educational settings. She is the author of Taking Control Using GMPs, a publication designed to simplify the 21 CFR 210-211. |
