games have been a hit with employees, said Rosalinda Piccolo,
a trainer at Novartis Pharmaceutical Co. in East Hanover,
N.J., who introduced the Pharm Game to an audience of
clinical researchers and regulatory officials.
"I've
had teams that have actually merged and come together
to reach product launch," she said. "They formed
an alliance."
