Furthering Facilitation

The Learning Key launched Interpra Cards, a facilitation tool consisting of a deck of cards with interpretative images on their faces. To encourage conversation about the meaning of topics such as communication and negotiation, instructors ask participants to choose the card that looks like their definition of the subject under discussion.
