Strategic Partnering: Activities for Improving Alliances & Outsourcing Relationships Workshop This one-day workshop has been used for pharmaceutical companies and their partners to help employees understand how to outsource. Participants will explore effective approaches and activities for selecting the right partner, contracting negotiations, launching the project, enhancing and closing down a project. They will review strategies to overcome the typical partnership problems. Activities in this workshop will demonstrate techniques for building teamwork with your new alliances.
