They're
not as well known as "Monopoly" and "Clue,"
but board games like "Big Buck$$$" and "The
Pharm Game" are helping a corporate-training firm
win its share of the market.
Earlier
this year, the Bucks County firm, whose 80 clients are
primarily pharmaceutical and technology-based companies,
added a new division, called StrataKey. It was formed
to consolidate the Learning Key's line of "Play for
Performance" business games.
The
company creates customized versions of the games for between
$5,000 and $50,000, depending on the level of detail.
Thus far, it has sold six customized games and is in discussions
with four other non-pharmaceutical companies for customized
games.
