"The
concept of interaction through educational tools such
as game boards, relieves the boredom and stress of on
the job training. It makes learning fun and this aids
in the retention of knowledge," said Elizabeth Treher.
The
games are designed to help employees learn about their
industry. Though not as well known as "Monopoly"
or "Trivial Pursuit," "The Pharm Game,"
"GMP Works" and "Big Bucks" have made
their mark in the pharmaceutical and banking industries.
