THE MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR® APPRECIATING OTHERS
In order to appreciate others, don't forget: Psychological type and the MBTI provide a rational structure for understanding everyday differences between people. When people differ, knowledge of Type reduces friction and eases strain.
To do this, ask yourself:
- Do I make constructive use of the differences between people?
- In developing my own strengths, do I build on my preferences, understand my weaknesses, and show appreciation for the strengths of other personality Types?
- Do I realize that opposite personality types can compliment my own by filling weak areas and balancing others?
