To do this, ask yourself:
- Before beginning a project, do I evaluate possible resources based on their presentations, references, audits, and interviews, to help me select the correct partner for the project?
- Do I negotiate clear goals and expectations to prepare the partners to complete the project as planned?
- After the project is complete, do I complete evaluations of the team members and review the teams’ effectiveness in order to evaluate future business opportunities?
