STEPS TO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: TRAIN-THE-TRAINER
In order to have an effective and successful training event remember to:
Review the basics of adult learning principles, motivation principles, and create a motivational learning climate. To do this, ask yourself:
- Do I approach training with a good attitude and expectations, so others can have a positive outlook and will support the training?
- Do my motivational skills help others believe that they are capable of achieving the goals of the training?
Do I follow-up with timely, accurate feedback that is tailored specifically to each trainee?
