COACHING INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS: EFFECTIVE COACHING
In order to become an effective coach in the workplace, don't forget: Effective coaches are flexible; they establish a relationship based on trust with their workers, and listen actively.
To do this, ask yourself:
• While in the presence of other workers, as a leader, do I provide constructive feedback that will help my teammates grow?
• Do I motivate people through cultivating personal accountability, engagement, and ownership?
• As a coach, do I challenge others to reach their full potential?
