TEAM SKILL FOUNDATIONS: ROLE OF TEAM MEMBERS
In order to understand the roles of team members, don't forget: All members in a group must be willing to ask questions and offer appropriate ideas for the project to be successful.
To do this, ask yourself:
- When I am working in a team, do I ask for clarification when I don’t understand what another team member is trying to say?
- Do I ask other team members for their input on what was said, rather than just offer my opinion or interpretation?
- Do I let other team members speak freely or do I interrupt and dominate the discussion?
