To do this, ask yourself:

  • Am I keeping project goals at the forefront while facilitating the team to plan the project's objectives and implement the course of action?
  • Do I have an accurate estimate of the time needed to achieve the goals of the project?
  • Can we recognize and evaluate problems in time to analyze proper alternatives and find solutions?
