SURVEYS

The Learning Key® offers off-the-shelf and customized surveys for individuals to gain insight into their strengths and development opportunities, for teams to provide structured feedback, or for organizations interested in getting employee input and suggestions. The feedback provides a foundation for action planning. Our assessments:

• Target specific skills or areas of interest.
• Assess progress with data gathering done before and after training, team building, or an organizational intervention.
• Provide useful feedback by comparing individual or group perceptions with those of others.
