Leading Transnational Teams
In a global economy, managers must learn to become effective remote leaders whether they have staff in two countries or a dozen. Leading transnational teams requires much more than computer and technology skills. An effective remote manger is one with excellent basic management skills and specific strategies for managing transnationally. One must implement practices that facilitate working effectively transnationally by demonstrating efficient and creative ways for solving logistical challenges specific to multiple locations and time zones. This program will provide a variety of tools, checklists, and exercises to assist in building a successful transnational team.

Achieving High Performance in Teams
Achieving High Performance emphasizes the team building, influence, negotiation, and conflict management skills necessary for success in an often chaotic organizational world. This highly interactive program enables participants to develop organizational and interpersonal skills through the use of experiential exercises, group discussions, and individual action planning. Popular components of this program are feedback from co-workers or team members on the participants' skills and a day of "low ropes" team exercises. An extensive 360-degree pre-course survey is required to provide feedback on how current "achieving" skills are seen by others.

Team Skill Foundations
This program is designed for all individuals who need to rely on others to succeed in their own jobs. It is an overview program to help focus learning opportunities for skill improvement and self-development. The basis of this learning plan is feedback from the participants themselves, their colleagues, and their manager(s) based on a confidential survey completed before the program. Another focus is team dynamics and group development. New approaches and solutions to improving team performance and dealing with conflict situations are explored. A reference manual for continued learning and a development book of suggestions and guidelines is provided. A three-day version of this program is also available and includes risk taking and an extensive simulation illustrating the many unrecognized roadblocks to effective group communication in cross-functional or cross-cultural teams.
