To compare Type preferences of two individuals, we offer a unique report to foster improved understanding and working relationships. It includes information on similarities and differences in management style, values, attitude, skills, driving force, energy direction, authority orientation, role perception, conflict resolution, modes of learning, blind spots, and pitfalls.
Group or Team Report
We also offer custom group reports based on the MBTI types of the individuals in the group, in a department, on a team, or in an organization. The reports cover likely team strengths, communication language/style, potential blind spots and pitfalls, sources of conflict, and suggestions and recommendations for the group's leader.
